Job summary

Plentific, a property technology platform, seeks a Project Manager on a Fixed Term Contract with potential for permanency. You will lead projects for social housing and local government sectors, coordinating development and testing teams while keeping customers updated and engaged.

You will be responsible for risk management, timely delivery, and the ongoing commercial relationship, including contract changes and billing milestones. Strong organisation and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with productivity tools and a fast learner of new software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects, coordinate development and testing teams, and deliver functional requirements.
• Assess risks, solve problems, and prioritise tasks across the project lifecycle.
• Maintain proactive client communication and strong relationships.
• Manage client relationships for contract changes, PO, and billing milestones.
• Translate requirements into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Test features and software updates and manage defect resolution.
