Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to effectively manage projects within the aviation sector, ensuring high standards of quality and customer service in Fire Detection, PA/VA, and Security systems.

The role involves taking full ownership of projects from start to finish, including design, estimating, site surveys, project management, forecasting, invoicing, and completion documentation.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee all project activities and develop strategies to maximise profitability and ensure successful delivery.
2. Manage the commercial aspects of projects and participate in reviews as required.
3. Plan commissioning engineers for project requirements.
4. Identify resource shortfalls and recommend adjustments to achieve project goals.
5. Represent the company and uphold its core values both internally and externally.

Skills and Knowledge

• Proven experience in designing fire and security installations.
• Knowledge of fire and security products and market trends.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, end-users, construction teams, and colleagues.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of JCT and NEC contracts.
