They are currently seeking experienced Project and Senior Project Managers to join their Project Management team in Yorkshire to deliver and lead on a range of retail and banking projects.

The role

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to take responsibility for providing all services relating to project management across Yorkshire.

Main purpose of the role;

  1. Deliver, lead on and oversee project activities, ensuring effective communication and compliance with established governance procedures
  2. Understand, anticipate, inform and deliver great outcomes for their clients, every time, everywhere
  3. Drive exceptional delivery, health & safety, commercial, risk management and quality performance on retail/banking projects throughout the project lifecycle
  4. Work with a team of Project Managers with a strong pipeline of work

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a consultancy, developer or client-side environment and demonstrate a positive proactive approach to the role, and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.

Essential experience includes;

  1. Construction related degree or a similar construction related qualification with extensive technical delivery experience in a similar role gained within a consultancy or developer
  2. Experience of delivering projects in retail and banking (or comparable) sectors
  3. Well organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
