Overview

Project Manager & Senior Project Manager (London or Bristol)

Panoramic Associates is working with a leading Built Environment Consultancy to support the appointment of both a Project Manager and a Senior Project Manager. These roles will be based out of either London or Bristol, offering flexible hybrid working (office, site, and home).

Responsibilities
  • Deliver small to medium-sized projects end-to-end within the water and regulated infrastructure sector.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage project governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain strong commercial awareness and manage NEC3/NEC4 contracts where applicable.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, or related field.
  • Professional qualification such as APM PMQ, PMQ, or Chartered Status (e.g., ChPP, CEng) preferred.
  • Experience leading complex infrastructure projects/programmes and strong track record of delivering projects.
  • Understanding of AMP (Asset Management Period) frameworks and water utilities is preferred.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and reporting skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience in end-to-end project delivery.
