The role:

We are seeking a Project/Senior Project Manager to join our Central Rail Systems Alliance (CRSA) Enhancements team. The role involves securing and delivering multi-million-pound rail infrastructure projects and programs across our portfolio.

The successful candidate will manage experienced design and delivery teams in the UK and oversee key client accounts to ensure CRSA remains the preferred partner. Travel within the UK to project sites, CRSA, and client offices may be required based on project needs.

Your purpose:

1. Deliver major multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
2. Support business development through bid management and securing future opportunities.
3. Promote safety standards and ensure safety at all project sites.
4. Establish and nurture relationships with alliance partners, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
5. Manage supply chain and subcontractor relationships confidently.
6. Oversee multiple projects, balancing demands and stakeholder expectations.
