  • Support financial control of projects to optimize performance.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with contract terms, minimizing risk exposure.
  • Resolve contractual issues and communicate updates to senior management.
  • Prepare monthly contract reports and conduct project reviews for continuous improvement.
  • Potentially manage Project Engineer staff, mentoring and supporting their professional development.
  • Promote the company's ERP software rollout and ensure team accountability for deadlines, costs, and quality.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with project management software, e.g., MS Project.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders and problem-solving.
  • Experience in schedule and risk management, contract management, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to manage budgets and project controls.
  • Track record of adopting innovative technologies and environmental solutions.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and well-being regulations related to project delivery (e.g., CDM roles).

Working for us means:

  • Probation period of 6 months.
  • Options to join pension, private healthcare, income protection, and death in service benefits.
  • Notice period of 1 week during probation, increasing to 3 months afterward.

Our commitment to environmental and social impact:
