The Role

Due to continued success and global expansion, the agency is now seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their close-knit and dedicated events team.

You’ll play a key role in managing and delivering a portfolio of international healthcare events, both virtual and in-person, ensuring smooth execution from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and managing international healthcare events
• Setting up online registration systems and virtual meeting platforms
• Supporting proposals and venue sourcing for client projects
• Managing delegate communications, registration, and logistics
• Overseeing travel, accommodation, and supplier coordination
• Taking ownership of smaller-scale events end-to-end
• Managing budgets and cost tracking across multiple projects
• Providing on-site event management internationally
• Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest professional and compliance standards

As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, you’ll have the autonomy to manage key accounts and lead delivery across multiple global programs, supported by a highly experienced operations team.

The Candidate

The ideal Project Manager or Senior Project Manager will have solid experience in congress event logistics and delegate management, ideally gained within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medcomms sector. Experience managing international or virtual events is highly desirable.

You’ll be confident working across multiple projects, managing suppliers, and collaborating closely with clients to deliver exceptional experiences.
