Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - R/C Frame Development

Location: South East London (S.E. London). Posted: 11/10/2025. Salary: Circa £100,000 + package. Employment: Permanent.

A dynamic main contractor with a fresh approach would like to appoint a Project Manager for an upcoming new project in South East London.

As Project Manager, you will lead your team to successfully deliver a 55 unit residential scheme over 4 blocks of 4 - 7 storeys. This project has a 2 year programme with delivery due late 2027.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery of the 55 unit residential scheme across 4 blocks (4–7 storeys) in London, on a 2 year programme with delivery due late 2027.
  • Produce well written and accurate reports for presentation to Directors at monthly Project review/CVR meetings.
  • Develop and monitor robust, long-term programmes for £10m - £20m residential projects.
  • Ensure effective procurement of materials and sub-contractors.
  • Communicate clearly with all levels of personnel and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Proven track record of starting and successfully completing RC frame residential projects in London for a principal contractor.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Technically and commercially aware; strong communication skills.
  • Experience of procuring materials and sub-contractors; must be able to develop long-term programming.
  • An industry recognised qualification such as a Degree or MCIOB.
  • Only candidates from a principal contractor background will be considered.
