Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

•£105,00 - £115,000 (All in package)• London• Permanent• Start November 2025

A specialist interiors contractor, known for their collaborative approach, are now looking to appoint a Project Lead for their interiors division as part of their long term strategy.

They focus on fit out projects within commercial, hospitality, CAT A and Cat B projects in London. They are soon to embark on a £30m commercial fit out in The City will require the Project lead.

This position will suit if you are currently working for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.

Key Attributes

• Ideally, a minimum of 10 years\' experience of managing interior projects pre-construction to completion
• Enjoy working on project ranging between £10m - £40m.
• Able to do long term programming using Asta or Microsoft Project
• Understanding of the overall commercial aspects of the project

• Proven record of leading and mentoring site teams to success.
