SC Cleared Project Manager - Spacing / Planning - Inside IR35 - 12 Months

Project Delivery Manager We’re looking for a confident Project Delivery Manager to drive infrastructure projects from start to finish — ensuring value for money, timely delivery, and high standards throughout.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead end-to-end project delivery — ensuring timelines, budgets, and outcomes are met

  • Act as the intelligent client and main point of contact for stakeholders, contractors, and professional services teams

  • Set up and maintain effective project governance

  • Build and manage relationships with key partners, including GPA and internal property teams

  • Plan project delivery with clarity on roles, timelines, and deliverables

  • Identify and manage risks, escalating as needed

  • Develop robust business cases to support key project milestones

  • Oversee procurement strategies in line with government policies

  • Ensure all delivery aligns with organisational standards and expectations

We’re looking for someone who:


  • Has a strong track record of delivering infrastructure projects across the full lifecycle

  • Can lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments

  • Thinks strategically and resolves competing priorities with confidence

  • Responds to change and risk proactively and effectively

  • Focuses on quality, improvement, and delivering tangible benefits

Desirable:


  • Experience in estate strategy and master planning

  • Knowledge of listed building project delivery

  • Familiarity with Government Soft Landings

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. surveying, engineering, FM)

  • Membership of a recognised professional body (e.g. RICS, CIBSE, IWFM)
