Job Title: Sales & Marketing – Project Manager

Contract: 12 Months/Hybrid 2 days onsite

Job Description

SRG is seeking a sales and marketing project manager for a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that primarily produces paper-based consumer products. In this role, you will support and lead key projects within the marketing team, focusing on innovation pipelines, operational management, and driving world-class GTM excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage the complete lifecycle of marketing projects, from inception to completion.
2. Develop and maintain project timelines and resource plans.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and customer service.
4. Monitor project performance and report on key milestones and KPIs.
5. Identify risks and resolve issues to ensure projects stay on track.
6. Maintain brand consistency and quality across all marketing materials.
7. Coordinate interdependent initiatives, communicate effectively, and prioritize projects across brands for efficiency.

Experience and Qualifications

1. Experience in FMCG marketing.
2. At least 5 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in marketing or innovation, with proven project management success.
3. Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
4. Excellent presentation skills and fluency in English.
5. Strong project management capabilities, demonstrating leadership and influence across multifunctional teams.
6. Proven ability to deliver results and drive business success.
7. Accountability and a drive to exceed expectations.
