Job Title: Sales & Marketing – Project Manager

Job Description
SRG is seeking a sales and marketing project manager for a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that produces primarily paper-based consumer products. The role involves supporting and driving key projects for the marketing team, focusing on innovation pipelines, operational management, and world-class GTM excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects, from brief to delivery.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and resource plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and customer service.
- Track project performance and report on key milestones and KPIs.
- Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing deliverables.
- Coordinate initiatives with interdependencies, ensuring communication and alignment to drive efficiency and prioritize projects across brands.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in FMCG marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, including at least 3 years in marketing or innovation with proven project management success.
- Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
- Proven project management skills, demonstrating leadership and influence over multifunctional teams.
- Track record of delivering results and making impactful contributions.
- Accountability and a drive to exceed expectations.
- Ability to build trust with stakeholders.
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure with competing priorities.
- Experience in IMF and cross-functional leadership.
