Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the integration of SAP S4HANA with Integrated Business Planning (IBP). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management specifically in SAP environments and possess a deep understanding of supply chain processes and technologies. This role involves coordinating cross functional teams large SI s managing project timelines budgets and ensuring successful delivery of integration projects that align with business goals

Requirements

1. 1. Project Planning and Management :
   • Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stake holders.
   • Develop detailed project plans including schedules budgets resource allocation and risk management strategies.
   • Monitor and report on project progress ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
2. 2. Team Leadership :
   • Lead and motivate project team members providing clear direction and support throughout the project lifecycle.
   • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross functional teams including IT supply chain and business units.
   • Conduct regular team meetings status updates and project reviews.
3. 3. Integration and Technical Oversight :
   • Over seethe integration of SAP S4HANA with IBP ensuring seamless data flow and process synchronization.
   • Coordinate with technical teams to design configure and test integration solutions.
   • Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards for SAP integration.
4. 4. Stakeholder Management :
   • Engage with key stake holders to gather requirements address concerns and manage expectations.

Experience
