Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions in the UK seeks an experienced ERP Programme Lead to deliver a major SAP-led ERP transformation.

You will manage multi-vendor partnerships, establish governance, drive change, and coordinate workstreams through to go-live and adoption. Hybrid working in Essex and a 18-month fixed-term contract with a salary range of £60k–£80k are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven ERP implementation leadership across full lifecycle.
• Experience working in SAP environments is essential.
• S/4HANA experience advantageous but not required.
• Experience managing implementation partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a major ERP implementation programme through go-live and adoption.
• Manage implementation partners and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and manage risks, dependencies and timelines.
• Establish programme governance, reporting structures and delivery controls.
• Oversee testing, training, business readiness and change activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and Technology teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Job description

Salary: £40,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects or programmes through the full project lifecycle.
• Previous experience working within SAP environments is essential.
• Experience supporting or delivering SAP implementation programmes is highly desirable.
• S/4HANA experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Experience managing implementation partners, systems integrators and third-party vendors.
• Strong project governance, stakeholder management and risk management capability.
• Experience delivering business change alongside systems implementation.
• Experience within manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, logistics, wholesale or supply chain environments would be advantageous.
• We would also like to hear from candidates with broader ERP implementation experience and exposure to SAP environments.
