This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager/Construction Manager looking for an exciting long-term role within an ambitious construction company that specialises in roofing & cladding projects.

Due to another period of growth, they are now recruiting for a Project Manager to join their refurbishment team.

In this role, you will be responsible for several refurbishment roofing & cladding sites across the South of England. Your primary focus will be to manage the subcontracted labour on site in accordance with the project deliverables, health & safety, and quality.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Project Manager/Construction Manager within the roofing/cladding projects. This role would suit a highly motivated individual who is looking to develop their skills and progress their career. Due to the demand for frequent travel, a full UK driving license is required.

*Managing several refurb roofing & cladding projects simultaneously
*Take responsibility for onsite H&S, Quality, and compliance
*Build effective relationships with other departments, subcontractors, and clients
*Office-based near Aylesbury, daily site travel across the South of England with occasional staying away
