Chiltern Park Recruitment is helping a fast-growing aerospace robotics innovator recruit a Project Engineer / Project Manager in Nottingham. The role delivers complex precision robotic automation projects from order through to completion, with a hybrid setup (2 days in Nottingham office) and a 4-day week paid as 5.

The successful candidate will combine strong engineering background with commercial acumen, manage budgets and scope changes, mentor junior engineers, and help transition from R&D

Qualifications

• Experience leading robotics/automation projects from order to delivery.
• Strong engineering background with ability to balance technical and commercial aspects.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of robotic automation systems from order to completion.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with technical compliance.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development.
