• Prior experience working as a Project Manager within a Retrofit / Refurbishment program is a MUST.
• Willingness to travel across the East Midlands to different sites.
• NVQ Level 7 in Construction Management.
• Full UK's driving license.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all works being completed across the East Midlands.
• Liaising with clients and site teams, communicating any changes in project requirements, delays, and feedback.
• Producing weekly and monthly project reports, tracking progress, budgets, and key deliverables.
• Managing Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers (TLOs), admin teams, and working closely with Quantity Surveyors (QSs) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Developing and maintaining project programmes and progress trackers to ensure transparency and efficiency.
