Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a leading housing specialist, who are currently on the look out for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple retrofit / refurbishments projects across the East Midlands, and ensuring all works are being completed on time, in budget and to quality demands.

What are we looking for?

  • Prior experience working as a Project Manager, within a Retrofit / Refurbishment program is a MUST.
  • Willingness to travel across the East Midlands to different sites.
  • NVQ Level 7 in Construction Management.
  • Full UK's driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all works being completed across the East Midlands
  • Liaising with clients and site, communciating any changes in project requirements, delays and feedback.
  • Produce weekly and monthly project reports , tracking progress,beudgets and key deliverables.
  • Managed Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers (TLOs), admin teams, and worked closely with Quantity Surveyors (QSs) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Developed and maintained project programmes and progress trackers to ensure transparency and efficiency.
