Join Southern Housing's Retrofit Delivery team to lead investment projects that transform homes for the future as a Project Manager.
This role owns the end-to-end delivery of retrofit and planned investment projects. Responsibilities include technical surveys, contract management, and ensuring schemes are on time, within budget, and meet quality, health & safety, and regulatory standards.
You will undertake property surveys, prepare specifications and schedules of work for tender, monitor budgets, cashflows, and on-site progress, manage variations, snagging, and health & safety records. You will also handle data collection for government reporting, prepare tenant, property, and service-charge information for Section 20 notices, and liaise with contractors and internal teams to meet customer expectations.
Additional duties involve advising colleagues on construction regulations, reviewing drawings and specifications, identifying efficiencies, and managing complaints to resolution.
Based in Sittingbourne or Maidstone, with hybrid working arrangements including office, site visits, and work from home, as agreed with your line manager.
This is a Fixed Term Contract until 31 October 2026. We welcome candidates passionate or experienced in Retrofit delivery.
