Job summary

Conrad Consulting are recruiting on behalf of an established construction and property consultancy seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their London team. The role involves delivering a range of retail projects and acting as a key point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.

You will lead from inception to completion, coordinate consultants and contractors, monitor programme and budget, manage client relationships and assist with procurement and reporting.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will have proven Project Management experience within the built environment, with previous retail experience essential.
• You will need to be commercially aware, well organised and confident dealing with clients, consultants and contractors.
