Project Manager – Retail (Immediate Start)

Location: London

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Start: ASAP

Salary: up to £65k, dependent on experience.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-end retail refurbishments and new store builds — both in the UK and internationally.

You’ll be overseeing multiple projects from concept to completion, working closely with client teams, designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure work is delivered to the highest standard. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that suits someone who thrives in a dynamic, design-led environment.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience managing retail construction or fit-out projects
  • Strong understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and statutory requirements
  • Comfortable leading teams and driving performance across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills – confident, calm, and diplomatic under pressure
  • Experience with contract administration (JCT knowledge a plus – but training can be provided)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organised and able to juggle multiple deadlines
  • A collaborative team player with a sensitivity to brand and design detail
