Production Project Manager | Retail Display | Manchester

(2 days a week, 3 days remote) | c£35,000 - £40,000

Aim Search are excited to be partnered with a Global Retail Design Agency who partner with global brands to activate retail experience campaigns. We are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager in the creative agency/retail space.

Who are we looking for?

As Production Project Manager, you will have responsibility for delivery of best-in-class retail experiences. We’re looking for someone who can own the entire project lifecycle to deliver excellent levels of service, provide a seamless customer experience, achieve commercial success, and make a positive impact on the environment.

What you’ll do:
  1. Understand, develop and own the project plan including project outcome, scope, timeline and resources required
  2. Own and manage the project budget including cost estimates and tracking of expenses to ensure the project is delivered within budget
  3. Lead all client communications for the project liaising closely with the account management team
  4. Build and maintain strong positive working relationships both internally and externally
What you’ll need:
  1. Previous experience of production project management in the Retail Display industry
  2. A thorough understanding of design and production processes, materials and resource conditions (retail fixture fabrication experience; POP, SIS and display fixtures)
  3. Understanding of commercial procurement and supply chain management skills
  4. Experience providing and negotiating client quotations in line with project budgets
  5. The ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders
  6. An understanding of warehouse and inventory stock management
  7. Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc.
Package on offer:
  1. Attractive starting salary £35,000+ (depending on experience)
  2. Hybrid working (minimum two days per week on-site)
