As a Project Manager, you will coordinate fit-out and deployment services for our clients. You must be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be a planner, presenter, and team player working closely with architects, technical engineers, and contractors.

Your main goal is to understand, communicate, and manage client expectations to achieve superior outcomes. You will brief, coordinate, and monitor all team members to ensure projects are well-planned, executed safely and accurately on-site, and that stakeholders see us as a key partner for retail growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, marketing teams, and distributors.
  2. Inform clients and internal teams about project details, planning, timing, and financial status.
  3. Assign roles and tasks to external parties, collect outputs, and present findings from conception to completion.
  4. Maintain dashboards, schedules, meeting minutes, and conduct site audits.
  5. Ensure projects comply with CDM regulations and market requirements.
  6. Manage the full project lifecycle from conception to close-out and final accounts.
  7. Track and communicate project spend, control variations, and obtain approvals.
  8. Oversee on-site teams, including contractors and fitters, at appropriate project stages.
  9. Motivate team members to exceed client expectations.
Person Specification:

We are particularly interested in candidates with Principle Design experience within a Project Manager role or architectural background. The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Proven experience in project management, especially in retail fit-outs with high-end brands.
  2. Experience with complex projects involving structural alterations, permissions, and approvals.
  3. Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end project management and retail interior construction methods.
  4. Experience managing projects from conception to completion, ideally in a project management agency, construction company, or as a client representative.
  5. Ability to understand local market nuances and requirements.
  6. Attention to detail and confidence in delivering top-level customer service.
  7. Practical problem-solving skills to drive projects forward and add value.
  8. Knowledge of Omniplan, MS Project, and related tools.
