PROJECT MANAGER RESIDENTIAL REFURBISHMENT
£40,000 £50,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus | Scotland-wide
THE OPPORTUNITY
If youve ever managed a residential property refurb and thought I could do this better myself, this might be the role that gives you the autonomy to prove it.
This is a chance to join a growing property investment business that buys, renovates, and resells homes across Scotland. With 710 projects running at any one time, they need someone who knows how to juggle sites, chase contractors, and keep margins tight without compromising on quality.
THE ROLE
Youll manage a rolling pipeline of full-property refurbishments, typically homes purchased for cash that need everything from new kitchens and bathrooms to full cosmetic overhauls. Youll scope the work, manage trades, schedule timelines, negotiate costs, and report directly to the business owners.
This is a field-based role covering projects across Scotland mainly in the Central Belt and you'll be expected to work from home, on site, and independently.
ABOUT YOU
Youve delivered residential renovations before either for a property investor, housing group, or a small developer. You dont need fancy qualifications, but you do need real-world experience and a solid network of trusted contractors you can bring with you.
Youre commercially savvy, understand what eats margins, and know how to keep a project moving even when things dont go to plan. Most importantly, youre someone who gets things done.
THE REWARDS
A generous basic salary up to £50k depending on experience, car allowance, performance-related bonus, and the chance to shape how projects are delivered as part of a tight-knit senior team.
