We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading residential developer in Bath, Avon. In this role, you will oversee a new residential project from start to finish, managing the team, schedule, and budget. The project consists of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments.

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of the project, including scope, budget, and schedule.
• Leading and motivating the project team on-site.
• Ensuring high-quality construction and strict adherence to health and safety standards.
• Communicating with all stakeholders, from senior management to suppliers.

Qualifications
