Job Description:

Your new company

We are working with a leading name in the global energy industry, at the forefront of the solar energy revolution. Their cutting-edge solar PV initiative aims to transform utility-scale PV deployment through automation, digitalisation, and innovative design. This global innovation-led programme focuses on reducing construction time, improving safety and quality, and significantly lowering costs. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting this transformation by coordinating efforts across diverse internal and external partners and technical workstreams.

Your new role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to join the Project Development team, focusing on improving FEED processes and pushing innovation for future projects. You will act as the secondary point of accountability for project-level coordination, driving high-quality deliverables, managing reporting cadences, and supporting technical leads across multiple workstreams. Your role will be key to ensuring excellence in a complex, cross-functional, and future-facing project.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in project management of physical delivery (not software), across cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong capabilities in project planning, monitoring, and reporting
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Adept at facilitating stakeholder meetings and producing high-quality reports and presentations

What you'll get in return

In addition to working within a diverse and pioneering development team, you will receive an attractive pay rate and flexible working arrangements in a modern office space in a well-connected area of London. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking project that aims to reshape the global solar industry. You will work at the intersection of innovation and execution, gaining exposure to international stakeholders and cutting-edge technologies. Your contribution will directly impact how solar is built at scale, enabling faster, cheaper, and cleaner energy worldwide.
