A leading organization in Northern Ireland's energy sector seeks a Project Delivery Manager to oversee significant infrastructure projects. This role offers the chance to support low-carbon transition goals while working in a hybrid model. Type: Permanent | Hybrid (3 days office-based)
Salary: £41,000-£46,000

Lead delivery of commercial infrastructure agreements, including grid-scale energy generation, battery storage, and demand-side projects
Manage stakeholder engagement, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between external partners and internal technical leads
Draft, review, and oversee contract documentation such as network access agreements and transmission terms
Monitor performance and ensure full alignment with legal and regulatory frameworks throughout the project lifecycle
Work cross-functionally with engineering, regulation, and planning teams to ensure accurate technical integration and delivery readiness
Contribute to the evolution of internal policies and commercial structures, adapting to emerging regulatory and legislative shifts
Champion quality, compliance, and service excellence across all areas of project execution
Degree-qualified (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience in a similar project delivery, contract management, or programme coordination role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to compliance detail
Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, structured environment
Previous experience in energy, utilities, or infrastructure
Familiarity with regulated frameworks, network systems, or commercial energy agreements
Exposure to regulatory policy development or operational compliance practices
