Job Description

This role is responsible for managing the full project life cycle, from implementation to final closure, specifically overseeing the delivery of refrigeration/HVAC projects at key Data Centre sites. The role ensures project delivery within the specified timescales and budgets while fostering excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation package includes: Salary, car, 25 days holiday, 8% pension, life assurance, income protection, and health cash policy.

Main responsibilities

1. Manage projects effectively to ensure efficient and timely delivery of all obligations;
2. Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed margin;
3. Identify and implement improvements during the project lifecycle without compromising quality;
4. Assist across the business as needed to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

1. Minimum HND Graduate, preferably with an M&E bias or relevant M&E engineering experience;
2. Extensive experience managing M&E contracts, preferably to Prince2 standards or equivalent;
3. Knowledge of commercial contract agreements;
4. Proficiency with project planning tools, especially Microsoft Project;
5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
