We have an exciting opportunity with one of our sector-leading financial services clients! They are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Project Manager for a six-month contract.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

The CTO Real Estate Portfolio delivers technology infrastructure supporting changes across the client’s real estate portfolio, including new building delivery, refurbishments, expansion, consolidation, and building exits. It also includes technology upgrades to support systems like Protective Security.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project delivery and handover into BAU support, working closely with Technology, Real Estate Services, and third-party providers to meet programme deadlines, building stakeholder relationships, maintaining the CTO Programme Schedule, managing risks and issues, ensuring budget compliance, and adhering to governance frameworks.

Required Skills/Experience

The ideal candidate will be a confident IT Infrastructure Project Manager with experience delivering multiple Real Estate or Data Centre projects, understanding of RIBA design and construction processes, managing third-party Telco Circuit delivery, coordinating multiple projects, familiar with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, financially literate, experienced in structured governance frameworks, and possess effective communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
