We have an exciting opportunity with a sector-leading financial services client! They are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Project Manager for a six-month contract.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Deliver technology infrastructure projects supporting the client’s real estate portfolio, including new building delivery, refurbishments, expansion, and building exits.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery and handover into BAU support.
• Collaborate with Technology, Real Estate Services, and third-party providers to meet programme deadlines.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives.
• Maintain the CTO Programme Schedule, monitor dependencies, and escalate issues.
• Identify and manage risks and issues, ensuring proper action plans.
• Manage projects within budget, with accurate monthly forecasting.
• Follow Change Delivery Framework and complete governance documentation.
• Keep stakeholders and boards informed of project status and escalate as needed.

Required Skills/Experience

• Proven IT Infrastructure Project Manager with experience in Real Estate or Data Centre projects.
• Knowledge of RIBA design and construction process and technology integration.
• Experience managing 3rd Party Telco Circuit delivery, including Wayleave process.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
• Financial literacy to analyze data and provide recommendations.
• Experience managing projects within structured governance in regulated industries.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills for engaging with senior stakeholders and teams.
