Leads or coordinates Real Estate projects from initial planning to handover within UK and EMEA. Leverages knowledge, expertise and project management skills to direct internal and external stakeholders and team members, resolve issues and ensure achievement of project goals. Plans, organizes, secures and manages resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. Facilitates engagement of project team members and ensures all project phases are designed, executed and delivered in a manner that meets customer expectations. Facilitates cross-functional teams, ensuring execution of defined deliverables and driving key decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provides Project Management support for Real Estate projects within UK and EMEA
• Works with cross-functional project team members to define, sequence and estimate activities and duration.
• Synthesizes diverse sets of information into plans and schedules.
• Estimates resources, cost and other budget needs.
• Supports and facilitates all phases of project execution.
• Ensures effective cross-functional participation.
• Reports on progress, issues and status.
• Ensures consistency and adherence to company standards, processes and policies..
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Project and Program Management.
• Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Real Estate Facility Operations, project & vendor management, price negotiations, cost and contract management is a plus.
• Planning and executing Real Estate projects (moving, closure, extension of existing or moving to new locations).
