Job Description:

ABOUT THE ROLE

With new projects being secured, this business is looking to recruit experienced Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Project Directors for schemes starting in Q4 of this year and Q1 of next year.

Locations include:

• Poplar,
• White City,
• Paddington,
• Walsall,
• Reading,
• and others.

As the lead on your project, you will oversee everything from programme to budget, develop client relationships, and organize, plan, and execute works on multi-million pound groundwork and RC frame packages.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should be degree qualified in civil engineering or construction management, with a strong work history from site engineer to project management over 5-10+ years.

Experience in concrete frame construction, having worked for UK-based concrete frame and groundwork subcontractors, is essential. Main contract or development background alone is not sufficient.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email functions, and Asta Power Project for planning is required.

We seek Project Managers with stable backgrounds, experienced in delivering medium to large RC frames, aiming to work with top-tier companies.
