Job Description:

Project Manager – RC Frame & Groundworks – Salary: £70-90K per annum (depending upon experience).

Our client is a reputable London based contractor who specialises in RC Frames, Groundworks and Civil Engineering. They have live projects all across London and the south.

They are now looking for a Project Manager for a new residential development in Oxford.

This project is valued at approximately £6million and consists of a groundworks package and two RC Frames. The project duration is at least 1 year.

Monday – Friday.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Construction PM or Senior PM on a similar project
• Groundworks and RC Frame experience – essential
• Ability to deal with main contractors and other stakeholders
• Fully competent in H&S. CSCS Black Card is desirable
• SMSTS, First Aid
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Can work to tight deadlines and budgets
• Good IT skills with the ability to produce programmes, reports and comply with all record keeping in line with industry standards and Company procedures
