ABOUT THE ROLE

We have been asked to find specialist groundwork and concrete frame Project Managers capable of delivering packages ranging in value from £10 million up to £50 million each. Individuals will need to have a strong understanding of groundworks and concrete frame construction for both Residential & Commercial projects. Usual duties will apply from overall management of the site team, technical management of the programme and works, through to management of the client and surrounding aspects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality RC frame projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Passion for the construction industry and commitment to innovation and sustainability
• Degree educated in either Construction Management or Engineering

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

Salary range of £80,000 – £100,000 per annum.
