Do you enjoy managing multi-disciplinary teams to solve complex technical problems while staying within budget and schedule? If so, then the WSP Rail Stations team is seeking enthusiastic Project Managers to lead delivery of diverse Stations projects.

A little more about your role…

We are looking for recognized Project Managers with experience in multidisciplinary delivery and proven leadership in developing and maintaining client relationships.

As a Project Manager, you will:

  1. Be client-facing and responsible for delivering multi-disciplinary Rail Stations design projects.
  2. Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve project goals.
  3. Lead and develop high-performing teams across various technical disciplines.
  4. Administer contracts to monitor project schedules and budgets.
  5. Manage performance of supply chain partners such as architects and surveyors.
  6. Lead Design and Engineering Managers in project delivery.
  7. Be responsible for business development and leading Station design tenders.
YOUR TEAM

You will join a team of qualified, talented, and diverse professionals working on:

  • Projects across the full design lifecycle, from concept to detailed design and site support.
  • Projects for clients like Network Rail, HS2, TfL, TfW, TfGM, TfWM, Nexus, and local authorities.
  • Exciting, challenging multi-disciplinary rail station projects.

This role is based at our Birmingham Office in the Mailbox Building, offering a flexible, collaborative, and well-designed workspace with easy access to public transport.
