Purpose of the role

The role will ensure the procurement of professional services for design and development work, including architects, engineering, quantity surveying, and legal services necessary to bring a project to a level where it can be presented for CAPEX full authority. All activities should be planned in accordance with TPE Project Procedures, relevant regulatory obligations, and compliance with Construction Design and Management regulations (CDM2015). The role holder will also ensure strategic commercial arrangements and integrated planning for station investment with Network Rail, PTEs, Local Authorities, and other stakeholders.

The role requires demonstrating a leadership style aligned with TransPennine Express values, fostering engagement, and facilitating the achievement of company objectives.
