Job Purpose:

To deliver individual or multiple projects related to new works within allocated budgets and defined programmes. To manage direct and subcontract labour and produce the required reports for all works.

Key Duties:

  1. Prepare specifications briefs in consultation with staff.

  15. Manage projects from input to design, tender, installation, commissioning, practical completion, handover, and invoicing.
  16. Coordinate procurement and resource planning according to contract requirements.
  17. Implement and maintain EMCOR quality control systems and procedures.

  19. Develop and maintain good relationships with clients, colleagues, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Skills:

  1. Proven and extensive experience in a similar role.
  2. Operational and technical experience with demonstrated potential.
  3. Technical expertise, qualifications, or apprenticeship in a craft skill or engineering discipline.
  4. Proven experience in Project Management.
