Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of projects. They manage people, resources, and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and scope. They also communicate with stakeholders, monitor and mitigate risks, and manage the change control process throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Scope and manage large scale projects
• Partner with senior stakeholders, to direct and manage projects, ensuring alignment to business strategy
• Develop detailed project plans to guide internal and external stakeholders in delivery
• Manage the project workstreams to remain on time and on budget
• Carry out Change Management activities
• Deliver regular project updates across the business and external stakeholders
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Professional manner, comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent attention to detail. Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and make hard decisions required to achieve project objectives
• Proficiency in process improvement, project management software tools such as Microsoft Excel and other relevant applications
