Description

At invoX Respiratory Innovation Centre, we don’t just plan projects—we accelerate life-changing therapies to patients. This role sits at the heart of our commercialisation efforts, ensuring our drug-device therapies reach the people who need them, on time and without compromise. You’ll bring rigour, momentum, and alignment to every project you lead, helping translate our innovations into impactful solutions that change lives.

This is more than just a Project Manager role—it’s a unique opportunity to shape the commercialisation journey of our respiratory portfolio. Key Responsibilities

The role will support projects for the procurement and supply chain teams.

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans for commercialization initiatives, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Define project scope, structure, and success criteria, establishing robust governance frameworks, strategic direction, and clear reporting mechanisms from the outset
  • Define clear milestones, deliverables, and critical paths using appropriate project management tools
  • Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, R&D and other relevant teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project goals.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
