Job summary

Bluebook Partners in London is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Bid Lead to join its preconstruction team. You will lead technically complex tenders for infrastructure and reinforced concrete projects, shaping opportunities before site work begins and working closely with estimating, commercial, planning, engineering and operations.

The role requires experience in cut & carve, RC, structural works, infrastructure or complex civils and the ability to coordinate bid teams, identify value

Qualifications

• Leading bid strategy and construction methodology.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary bid teams.
• Identifying value engineering and programme opportunities.
• Managing tenders through submission, adjudication and client interview.
• Strong experience delivering complex construction/infrastructure projects.
• Technical understanding of RC, structural, civil or cut & carve works.
• Strong commercial awareness and construction methodology expertise.
• The confidence to lead teams, challenge stakeholders and present to clients.

Project Manager / Bid Lead – Cut & Carve | Infrastructure | Reinforced Concrete

London | £100k–£120k + Package | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 WFH)

We’re working with a highly respected specialist contractor looking for an experienced Project Manager / Bid Lead to join its growing preconstruction team.

You’ll lead major, technically complex tenders, shaping projects before they reach site and working closely with estimating, commercial, planning, engineering and operations.

Your background could be in cut & carve, reinforced concrete, structural works, infrastructure or complex civils — whether in Project Management or preconstruction.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading bid strategy, win themes and construction methodology.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary bid teams.
• Identifying value engineering, innovation and programme opportunities.
• Managing tenders through submission, adjudication and client interview.
• Working with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
• Strong experience delivering or bidding complex construction/infrastructure projects.
• Technical understanding of RC, structural, civil or cut & carve works.
• Strong commercial awareness and construction methodology expertise.
• The confidence to lead teams, challenge stakeholders and present to clients.
