Qualifications

Essential Skills

Proven project delivery experience in regulated or complex engineering sectors
Track record managing multidisciplinary teams in technical environments
Knowledge of contract procurement and supplier interface management
Familiarity with HSE legislation and project risk frameworks
Strong understanding of project quality assurance documentation
Excellent communication, reporting and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to lead, influence, and manage internal and external stakeholders

️ Desired Skills

️ Degree in Engineering or related field (Chartered status preferred)
️ Formal project management qualification (APMP, Prince2, etc.)
️ Experience in the nuclear or other highly regulated infrastructure sectors
️ Experience managing transition from commissioning to operations
️ Ability to manage commercial and technical negotiations
