Reuben Sinclair, London-based, is seeking a Project Manager for a fashion influencer brand. You will lead brand partnerships and creative projects, working closely with founders to deliver global collaborations. The role requires hands-on, independent work and a strong eye for fashion opportunities.

The successful candidate will manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while negotiating contracts and coordinating with partners. Hybrid London working with occasional travel is offered.

Formación

• 3+ years' experience in the fashion industry (essential).
• Experience in project management within fashion marketing or fashion PR.
• Hands-on, independent, and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Keen eye for new brand partnership opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the execution and timely delivery of all creative projects and campaigns.
• Communicate briefs, deliverables and deadlines clearly with internal and external partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with brand partners and industry contacts.
• Identify new brands and partnership opportunities proactively.
• Manage Fashion Week and other calendar events, including placements.
• Oversee a Project Coordinator and ensure contractual commitments are met.

Project Manager | Fashion Influencer Brand | London

About the Company

We're recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised fashion influencer based in London.

Founder-led and run alongside a Business Manager, the business works with leading international fashion and lifestyle brands, creating standout partnerships, campaigns and content, with a strong presence at Fashion Week and other key calendar moments.

About the Project Manager Role

We're looking for an organised, proactive and hands-on Project Manager to lead the delivery of brand partnerships and creative projects. This is a permanent role, and you'll work closely with the founders to bring global brand collaborations to life.

You'll oversee three key areas:

• Creative: understanding the creative direction of the brand, contributing ideas and making sure every project fits its aesthetic.
• Project management and organisation: ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, with all deliverables met.
• Commercial: managing brand partnerships, negotiating rates and deliverables, reviewing contracts, getting them signed, and making sure the business delivers on its contractual commitments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the execution and timely delivery of all creative projects and campaigns.
• Communicating briefs, deliverables and deadlines clearly, both internally and externally.
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing brand partners and industry contacts.
• Proactively identifying new brands and partnership opportunities.
• Managing Fashion Week and other key calendar preparations, including securing show and event placements.
• Responding to editorial requests and securing key PR placements.
• Driving brand development, including projects that help diversify the business.
• Overseeing a Project Coordinator

What They're Looking For

This role would suit someone with 3+ years' experience in the fashion industry (essential), ideally in project management within fashion marketing, fashion PR or the fashion influencer space.

They need a doer rather than a delegator: someone senior enough to work independently, but hands-on and happy to get stuck in.

You'll bring:

• Exceptional multitasking and time management, with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
