Hydro International, a CRH Company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Portland branch and lead multiple engineering projects across the United Kingdom within UKWWS.

You will manage quotes, delivery, cost control, supplier engagement and completion to invoice, while coordinating field technicians and maintaining strong customer liaison to ensure profitability and on-time delivery.

Formación

• Current valid driving license.
• Engineering background preferred.
• Experience working with NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
• Background in M&E or construction projects.
• Ability to deliver engineering projects to tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple projects, from high volume, low value, to high value, low volume.
• Visit customer sites, carry out audits, manage teams of field technicians.
• Responsible from start to finish for quotes/approval, delivery, cost control, supplier engagement and implementation, to invoice.
• Liaison, engagement and relationship management with customers.
• Manage and plan field technicians, work orders, critical path, RAMS.
• Lead commercial project reviews and terms for new projects.
• Own cost monitoring and reporting across projects.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans with the projects team.
• Author monthly status/KPI reports on profitability, performance, efficiency and revenue planning.
• Maximise sales opportunities by engaging customers and offering innovative solutions.
• Provide engineering solutions and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Southern Region

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time – 7:30am-4pm

Salary: Circa £35,000 - £50,000 DOE & Qualifications

Working within Hydro International's UK Wastewater Services (UKWWS) team, we support water utility companies by inspecting, maintaining, refurbing and installing sewage waste filtration and handling equipment across the United Kingdom.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Portland branch.

In this job you will…

• Manage multiple projects, from high volume, low value, to High value, low volume.
• Visit Customer sites, carry out audits, manage teams of field technicians
• Responsible from start to finish for Project Management - of quotes/approval, delivery, cost control, supplier engagement and implementation, to invoice.
• Liaison, engagement, and relationship management, direct with customers.
• Management of, and responsibility for a team of field technicians, work orders and planning including critical path, process orders and RAMS.
• Lead commercial project reviews and agree terms for all new projects (Internal & External).
• Take ownership of accurate cost monitoring and reporting across multiple projects.
• Identify areas of risk in relation to both scope and commercial terms and develop mitigation plans with the projects team.
• Author monthly status/KPI reports in relation to project profitability, performance, efficiency, and sales revenue planning.
• Maximise sales opportunities by engaging with customers, offering innovative solutions and encouraging all personnel to do the same.
• Utilize a consultative, problem solving approach and offer an engineering solution, leading to excellent customer satisfaction.

About You

• Current Valid Driving License.
• Engineering background preferred.
• Experience working with engineering contracts, preferably under NEC3 & NEC4.
• Background in M&E or construction projects.
• Success in delivering engineering projects to tight deadlines.
