Location: Remote - UK based

Pay: Depending on experience

The Role:

• Lead a large project to establish and operate a global team focused on quality in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to plan the team structure, needs, and objectives.
• Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business needs.
• Coordinate with departments such as Quality, Regulatory, IT, and HR to ensure support and alignment.
• Standardize and enhance global quality systems and processes, including digital tools.
• Ensure compliance with global regulations and industry standards.
• Develop training and knowledge sharing initiatives to promote high-quality practices.
• Monitor progress, evaluate success, and report to senior management.
