Robert Half is recruiting for a Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Quality Centre of Excellence.

Role: Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Quality Centre of Excellence

Length: 6 Months

Location: Remote - UK based

Pay: Depending on experience

The Role

• Lead a major project to establish and operate a global team focused on quality in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to plan the operations, resources, and goals of the Centre of Excellence.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business needs.
• Coordinate with departments such as Quality, Regulatory, IT, and HR to ensure project support and alignment.
• Standardize and improve quality systems and processes globally, including digital tools.
• Ensure compliance with global regulations and industry standards to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Develop training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to support employee adaptation and high-quality standards.
• Monitor progress, evaluate success, and report to senior management.

Who you are:

• Experienced project manager (10+ years), preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proficient in managing complex projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
