Robert Half is recruiting for a Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Quality Centre of Excellence.

ROLE: Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Quality Centre of Excellence.

LENGTH: 6 Months

LOCATION: Remote - UK based

PAY: depending on experience

The Role

• Lead a significant project to establish and operate a global team focused on quality in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to plan the operations, requirements, and goals of the Centre of Excellence.
• Manage the project end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business needs.
• Coordinate across departments such as Quality, Regulatory, IT, and HR to ensure cohesive support for the project.
• Standardize and enhance global quality systems and processes, including digital tools.
• Ensure compliance with global regulations and industry standards to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Develop training programs and knowledge sharing initiatives to facilitate adoption of new practices and uphold high quality standards.
• Monitor progress, evaluate success, and communicate updates to senior management.

Who you are:

• Experienced project manager (10+ years), preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proficient in managing complex projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledgeable about pharmaceutical quality regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized with the ability to manage budgets and risks effectively.
