Robert Half is recruiting for a Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Quality Centre of Excellence.

Role: Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Quality Centre of Excellence

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Remote - UK based

Pay: Depending on experience

The Role:

• Lead a major project to establish and operate a global team focused on quality in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to plan team structure, resources, and objectives.
• Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business needs.
• Coordinate with departments such as Quality, Regulatory, IT, HR to ensure project support and alignment.
• Standardize and improve global quality systems and processes, including digital tools.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Develop training programs and knowledge sharing initiatives to support new working methods and high-quality standards.
• Monitor progress, evaluate success, and report to senior management.

Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality regulations and standards.
