Robert Half is recruiting for a Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Quality Centre of Excellence.

Role: Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Quality Centre of Excellence

Length: 6 Months

Location: Remote - UK based

Pay: Depending on experience

The Role

• Lead a major project to establish and operate a global team focused on quality in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to plan the team's structure, needs, and objectives.
• Manage the project from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business needs.
• Coordinate with departments such as Quality, Regulatory, IT, and HR to ensure support and alignment.
• Standardize and improve global quality systems and processes, including digital tools.
• Ensure compliance with global regulations and industry standards to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Develop training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives to support high-quality practices.
• Monitor progress, evaluate success, and report to senior management.

Who you are:

• Experienced project manager (10+ years), preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proficient in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledgeable about pharmaceutical quality regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized with the ability to manage budgets and risks effectively.
