Job summary

Swansea Bay University Health Board is seeking a professional to lead the PFI Expiry project, working autonomously and managing their own workload. The role provides advice on planning, performance development and project management, including implementing changes via project management.

Welsh language ability is desirable; Welsh or English speakers are welcome. The post involves monitoring, reporting, and collaboration with stakeholders to modernise services in line with project goals.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent experience required.
• Estate or building discipline, or HNC/HND or Management with specialist knowledge acquired through courses and experience.
• Chartered Status Corporate member of Professional body.
• The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role within the PFI Expiry project; monitor and report on planned and reactive works against the PFI contract requirements and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with the Hospital Operations Manager to support PFI contract and expiry activities.
• Present data to stakeholders and explain findings; identify improvements with timescales and delivery of improvements; maintain the project plan.
