Job Summary

Deliver strong project management support for cross-functional and cross-regional activities related to Taste, Bioscience, Health, and Food Ingredients product lines. Aim to achieve business and growth objectives supporting the Global PepsiCo Account team in Beverages and the European regional team as needed. Reports to VP - GKA Leader, PepsiCo.

Major accountabilities

Project Management: Global Beverages (70%)

• Support end-to-end project management in IFF systems for Beverage GAD
• Manage project processes for PGCS (Global), PBNA, and Europe Beverage from initiation to commercialization, coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Maintain and update project data in Salesforce, manage documentation and pricing activities, and prepare reports using PowerBI and other dashboards
• Coordinate with Global Supply Chain and Operations for sample production and specifications
• Flag issues and assist in resolving project-related problems

Project Management: Europe Snacks and Beverage (20%)

• Support project management for European PI RAD in IFF systems
• Coordinate project processes from initiation to first commercial production, including planning, tracking, and SAP setup
• Manage price changes and resolve issues with European RAD to meet PI expectations

Other responsibilities (10%)

• Serve as backup for PepsiCo Europe Sales Support
• Manage portfolio activities, including FlavorBank and Price File updates
• Support productivity projects and global pricing activities

Knowledge & Skills

• 5+ years in flavor or related industry
• Formal Project Management training preferred
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in an ambiguous, dynamic environment with flexibility and agility
